The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Development Of Forms Of Small Retention - Construction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Kocmyrzów - Luborzyca Commune. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Therefore Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Notifications, Consents Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As The Substantive Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development. As A Result Of The Works, Retention Reservoirs Will Be Created In The Towns Of: Karniów And Dojazdów, Which Will Be Located In Depressions In The Area, Particularly Exposed To Flooding And Periodic Flooding. Droughts. The Completed Task Is Intended To Improve Water Management, Protect Water Resources And Better Adapt To Climate Changes. The Implementation Of The Task Will Allow For Better Management Of Rainwater And Meltwater, Which Will Increase Retention, Reduce The Risk Of Drought And Flooding, And Improve The Quality Of Surface And Groundwater. The Reservoir In Karniów Is Planned As An Open Reservoir With An Area Of Approximately 512 M² And A Depth Of Up To 3 M, With A Slope Inclination Of 1:1.5.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Notifications And Consents Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works; Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Complete Design Documentation, I.E.
