1) The Proceedings Concern The Investment Task Titled: Installation Of A Shaft And A Traveling Platform Of A Passenger Elevator In The Building Of The Oświęcim Cultural Center Along With Accompanying Construction Works, Also Called Investment Task Or Investment In The Procurement Documents. 2) The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled Ock Available - Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of The Oświęcim Cultural Center By Installing A Passenger Elevator With Accompanying Construction Works.3) The Investment Received Funding Under The Government Program Infrastructure Of Cultural Centers 2026 From Financial Resources Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage From The Culture Promotion Fund4) The Subject Of The Order, To Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Execution Of The Investment Task In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, Through The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Installation Of A Passenger Platform Shaft Adapted For Use By Disabled Persons, Together With The Delivery Of An Elevator Car With Accessories And Other Necessary Materials And Devices, As Well As The Implementation Of All Accompanying Activities As Part Of The Investment. 5) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Ordering Partys Requirements, The Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Warranty And Warranty Conditions Are Specified In The Following Documents: A) Attached To The Swz: Design, B) Bill Of Quantities, C) Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement, D) Template Of The Guarantee Document.
