Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Contractor Providing Classes With Elements Of Alpaca Therapy For Children - Participants Of The Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support Project.

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Classes With Elements Of Alpacotherapy For Children - Participants Of The Project Entitled: Coordinated Pre- And Post-Adoption Support For 120 Teaching Hours In The Silesian Voivodeship. 2) The Aim Of The Classes Is To Support The Psychophysical Development Of Children By Using The Positive Impact Of Contact With An Animal, In Particular In The Area Of: Improving Concentration; Developing Fine And Gross Motor Skills, Increasing Activity And Motor Skills, Developing Intellectual Activities, Building Proper Social Relationships And Reducing The Level Of Negative Emotions In Children.3) Classes Are To Be Carried Out In The Form Of Individual Meetings Or In Small Groups (Up To Approx. 5 People). Class Hour = 45 Minutes. 4) The Participants Of The Classes Will Be Children Registered For Adoption And/Or Adopted From The Silesian Voivodeship, Aged From Approx. 1 To Approx. 16 Years (In The Case Of Classes In Groups, The Children Will Be Close In Age). The Ordering Party Is Responsible For The Recruitment Of Participants. 5) Place Of Implementation: The Classes Will Be Conducted In The Place Indicated By The Contractor In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Contractor Should Provide A Green Area Suitable For Carrying Out This Type Of Activities. 6) Additional Information: A) Classes May Be Held From Monday To Sunday, Between 8:00 A.M. And 8:00 P.M., In Accordance With The Class Schedule Established By The Contractor And The Childrens Parents/Legal Guardians. B) The Minimum Order Value Will Be 40% Of The Maximum Value Of The Basic Order (Without Option Rights). The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order In Less Than The Maximum Expected Amount.7) The Contractors Tasks Will In Particular Include: A) Carrying Out Classes With Elements Of Alpacotherapy Using Teaching Aids And Other Necessary Materials Secured By The Contractor On Its Own; B) Carrying Out Classes With Elements Of Alpacotherapy In Accordance With The Methodology And Psychomotor Predispositions Of Children; C) Providing An Appropriately Equipped Place (Green Area) For Carrying Out The Classes; D) Ensuring At Least Three Alpacas Who Will Participate In The Classes, With Up-To-Date Vaccinations; E) Contact With The Childrens Parents/Legal Guardians To Arrange Meeting Dates. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Children Along With Contact Details Of Their Parents/Guardians; F) Collecting Signatures From Parents/Legal Guardians On Lists Confirming The Conduct Of Classes, Indicating The Day Of Their Implementation And The Time Limit (A Template Of The List Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party); G) Constant Cooperation With The Ordering Party, Including Informing About Any Problems; H) Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Current Guidelines On The Eligibility Of Expenses And In Accordance With The Instructions Provided To It By The Ordering Party; The Orde
