The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services, Including Service And Necessary Equipment, During Meetings / Events Organized By The Department Of Regional Policy And Foreign Cooperation Of The Marshals Office Of The Łódź Voivodeship In Łódź And The Łódź Voivodeship. The Expected Number Of People At Meetings/Events Organized By The Department Of Regional Policy And Foreign Cooperation Of The Marshals Office Of The Łódź Voivodeship As Part Of: - Type I Catering - The Maximum Total Number Is 100 People, Where The Ordering Party Estimates That It Will Organize Max. 10 Meetings, But Catering For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 20 People Will Be Ordered Per Meeting. The Estimated Minimum Scope Of The Order For Type I Catering Is 4 Meetings For 10 People Each, - Type Ii Catering - The Maximum Total Number Is 160 People, Where The Ordering Party Estimates That It Will Organize Max. 10 Meetings, But Catering For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 20 People Will Be Ordered Per Meeting. The Estimated Minimum Scope Of The Order For Type Ii Catering Is 4 Meetings For 16 People Each. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz (At The Same Time It Will Be Annex No. 1 To The Contract).3. Name And Cpv Code:55300000-3 - Restaurant And Catering Services4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, One Person Who Will Directly Perform Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Will Act As A Waiter, Responsible For Serving The Ordered Meals And The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. By The Employment Requirement, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirement That The Person (Or Persons) Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Agreement) Is Employed Under An Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order (Agreement), On A Working Time Corresponding To The Subject Of The Contract And For Remuneration In An Amount Not Lower Than The Minimum Remuneration For Work Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Remuneration For Work.
