Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Containers For Sorted Municipal Waste For The City Of Darłowo

Part 1 - Containers For Segregation Of Municipal Waste - 1100L: Technical Parameters Of Containers1) Requirements Common To All Containers: A) They Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Undamaged, B) They Must Be Resistant To Mechanical Damage, Cracking, Deformation, Corrosion And Weather Conditions. C) Each Container Must Have A Permanent Marking Of The Manufacturer, Production Date And Marking Of Compliance With The Relevant Standard, If The Standard Provides For Such Marking. D) Must Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Of The En 840 Standard Appropriate For A Given Type And Capacity Of The Container And Be Adapted To Cooperate With Loading Devices Used In The Municipal Waste Collection System. 2) Requirements For Plastic Containers: A) Must Be Made Of High-Quality Hdpe Low-Pressure Polyethylene Resistant To Uv Rays, Low And High Temperatures And Chemicals. B) Containers Must Be Made Partly From Materials Or Substances Derived From Recycled Waste, Provided That Maintaining The Strength And Performance Parameters Required By Relevant Standards.C) Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L To 360 L Must Have A Factory Socket Enabling The Installation Of An Rfid Transponder. D) They Must Have Permanent Marking Made By Thermal Printing Or Equivalent, In Accordance With The Design Provided By The Ordering Party - The Pattern Will Be Provided To The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. E) They Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The En 840 Standard And A Ral-Gz Quality Certificate 951/1 Or Equivalent, Issued By An Authorized Certification Body. F) Must Have A Current Pzh Hygiene Certificate Or An Equivalent Document. 3) Detailed Parameters: B) 1100 L Containers: • 4-Wheeled, • Equipped With 4 Swivel Wheels, Including At Least 2 With Brakes, • Flat Cover, • Color Consistent With The Intended Use Of The Fraction.4) Quantity Containers: • Blue - 30 Pieces • Yellow - 30 Pieces 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Containers At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Darłowo. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor, Before Signing The Contract, To Submit Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), In Particular Certificates, Attestations Or Technical Cards Of The Offered Containers.
