The Scope Of The Study Includes District Road No. 1913E (Ul. Warszawska, Ul. Plac Jagiełły), Which Consists Of Plots No. 531 R. 0002 Town Of Wolbórz, 614 Rev. 0001 The City Of Wolbórz And 47 Rev. Pgr Bogusławice (Excluding The Engineering Structure, I.E. The Bridge Located On Plot 614, Plot 0001, City Of Wolbórz, At The Border With Plot 531, Plot 0002, City Of Wolbórz) And The District Road No. 4332E (Plot No. 47, Plot No. Pgr Bogusławice).3. The Length Of The Section Planned For Reconstruction Is Approximately 960 Meters. The Task Envisages The Expansion Of The Road In Terms Of The Road Surface, Sidewalk, And Reconstruction Of The Existing Engineering Structure, I.E. A Culvert Under The Road Located On The Border Of Plots 614 Rev. 0001 The City Of Wolbórz And 47 Rev. Pgr Bogusławice And Expansion Of The Intersection Of District Roads No. 1913E And 4332E.4. The Scope Of Work And Responsibilities Of The Contractor Includes: 1) On-Site Visit Of The Area And Facilities Covered By The Study. 2) Collection And Analysis Of Starting Materials Necessary For The Implementation Of The Pfu, Including, Among Others: Obtaining Technical Conditions For Removing Conflicts From The Owners Of Individual Networks.3) Determining The Requirements For The Reconstruction Or Protection Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment.4) Development Of A Functional And Utility Program In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. Preparation Of The Descriptive, Information And Graphic Part Of The Fup.5) Determining The Technical Parameters Of The Planned Road Expansion, In Particular: A) Road Class, B) Cross-Section, C) Surface Structure, D) Drainage, E) Exits, F) Sidewalks, G) Road Lighting, H) Signage And Traffic Safety Devices.6) Determining The Functional, Functional, Technical, Material, Architectural And Operational Requirements For The Planned Project.7) Determining The Scope Of Necessary Construction, Installation And Land Development Works.8) Preparing Estimated Costs Of Investment Implementation And Planned Costs Of Design Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.9) Obtaining The Necessary Data, Conditions, Opinions And Materials Necessary For Proper Development On Your Own. Pfu.10) Consulting The Adopted Solutions With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Preparing The Documentation.11) Providing The Ordering Party With A Complete Pfu In Paper (2 Copies) And Electronic Version (Pdf And Editable Version).12) Providing Explanations And Answers To Contractors Questions During The Tender Procedure Conducted On The Basis Of The Developed Pfu.
