The Subject Of The Order Is Transportation Of Students To Schools In The Korsze Commune On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets Along With The Provision Of Care During Transport In The 2026/2027 School Year1) Students And Children Will Be Transported To: Primary School. Meritorious For Warmia And Mazury In Garbno, Garbno 36, 11-430 Korsze. 2. The Order Includes: The Provision Of Transport Services, The Provision Of Care For Transported Students During Transport, And The Delivery And Sale Of Monthly Tickets For The Contractors Transport Network Ensuring The Transport Of Students And Children On School Days, I.E. On Days When Educational, Upbringing, Care Or School Celebrations For Students And Children Are Held At The School/Kindergarten, Based On Monthly Tickets Purchased Pursuant To Art. 5A Of The Act Of June 20, 1992 On The Entitlement To Reduced Fares In Public Collective Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 380) In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027. 3. The Projected Monthly Number Of Students Covered By The Order For Individual Parts Of The Order Is In The School Year 2026/2027: Part I - 86, A) The Number Of Children And Students Is A Forecast Value And May Change During The Execution Of The Order, But The Price Offered For One Monthly Ticket Is Unchanged Throughout The Entire Period Of The Task. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Planned Means Of Transport For Individual Public Courses Provide An Appropriate Number Of Free Seats For Students. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That, As Part Of Regular Services, The Transport Of Children And School Youth Be Carried Out On Communication Routes According To A Schedule Correlated With The Starting And Ending Times Of Classes Resulting From The Lesson Plan Applicable In The School Year 2026/2027.6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Students And Children Specified In This Opz, As Well As The Number Of Monthly Tickets, Are Indicative And May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Tickets Purchased, Which Will Be Regulated By A Monthly Adjustment In The Event Of Changes In The Number Of Transported Students And Children, Separately For Each Part Of The Order. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves That If There Are Circumstances In Which Classes At School Or Kindergarten Are Suspended, The Ordering Party Will Not Purchase Tickets For This Period. 8. In Addition To Monthly Tickets, The Contractor Must Provide Care For The Transported Students. The Obligation To Provide Care Applies To All Parts Of The Order And The Routes Indicated In Section 9. Detailed Conditions For Providing Care Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
