Dworcowa In Susz - Stage I Of Construction Works Along With Accompanying Works, Enforcing The Terms Of The Contract From The Contractor Of Construction Works And Material Suppliers. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Warehouse At Ul. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Representing The Investor On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of Its Implementation With Construction Documentation, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 2) Exercising The Duties Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Within The Framework Of His Construction Powers Over Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance With Particular Emphasis Including Quality Control Of The Works Performed. 3) Checking The Quality Of Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction, 4) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations And Technical Devices. 5) The Investors Supervision Inspector Undertakes To Perform His Duties With Due Diligence, Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Technical Documentation Regarding The Stage I.6) Participating In The Handover Of The Construction Site To The Contractor For The Purpose Of Implementing The Investment.7) Monitoring The Progress Of The Works By Checking Their Actual Advancement.8) Settlement Of The Contract With The Works Contractor In The Event Of Termination Of The Works Contract.9) Request From The Works Contractor - Construction Manager To Make Corrections Or Redo The Defectively Performed Works, As Well As To Suspend Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Or Building Permit10) Informing Land Owners About The Need For Temporary Occupation Before The Contractor Enters The Neighboring Area Not Owned By The Investor. 11) Participation In Resolving All Types Of Complaints And Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From The Implementation Of The Contract.12) Investor Supervision Of Works Carried Out As Part Of The Construction Project, Construction Permit And Investment Contract Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor.13) Participation
