The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Purchase And Assembly Of The Following Products: Employee Desk, Under-Desk Container, Shelf Hanging Above The Desk, Desk Extension, 80 Cm Wide Filing Cabinet, 80 Cm Wide Filing Cabinet With Drawers, 80 Cm Wide Filing Cabinet, 60 Cm Wide Filing Cabinet, 60 Cm Wide Filing Cabinet, Wardrobe Wardrobe, Extension For A Clothes Wardrobe, Office Desk, Desk Blender, Side Desk Extension, Annex - Short Social Building, Annex - Longer Social Building, Conference Table (3M), Conference Chair, Swivel Armchair, Sink With Tap, Built-In Under-Counter Refrigerator, Table.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Health Care Units In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Polish Law And European Union Law. Must Have Valid Polish Or European Union Certificates, Certificates Of Approval For Use In Health Care Facilities, If Required By Law. 4. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New In Accordance With The Specifications, It Must Be Complete And, After Assembly, Installation And Setting, Ready For Work Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments. 5. Furniture In A Healthcare Facility Should Be Washable And Disinfectable.6. The Sample Equipment Elements Indicated In The Order Documents Are Illustrative And Constitute Information Specifying The Standard Level Of The Designed Equipment, As Well As The Colors And, Importantly, The Form (Design) Of These Elements. Since The Office Equipment Of The Facility Is Closely Related To The Architectural And Interior Design, The Materials Used In The Future Offer For Building Equipment Must Take Into Account The Nature And Technical Level Of The Adopted Solutions.7. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Physical Measurements Of The Rooms In Order To Verify The Compliance Of The Dimensions Of The Rooms And The Offered Equipment. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Dimensions Of Rooms And Equipment During Installation, The Costs Of Necessary Changes Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. In The Event Of Dimensional Differences, After Taking Measurements On The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Correct The Dimensions And Agree Them With The Ordering Party.8. The Assembly Is To Consist In: 1) Bringing In All The Equipment Elements, 2) Assembling The Equipment Elements And Removing Any Waste Generated As A Result Of These Activities, 3) Setting And Leveling The Equipment Elements, 4) Training Employees
