The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; 2) If Necessary, Performing Geotechnical Tests Of The Ground; 3) Preparation Of Technical Documentation In The Scope Of: A) Construction Documentation Of The Development Complex In The Following Industries: - Architectural And Structural, - Electrical Installation With A Photovoltaic Installation Design, - External Lighting Installation, - Internal Water And Sewage Installation With The Reconstruction Of The Connection, - Fire Alarm Installation, - Anti-Burglary Alarm Installation, - Internal And External Monitoring Installation. B) Land Development Design For The Planned Investment, Also Including: - Access Roads, Driveways And Parking Spaces, - Landscaped Greenery, - Area Lighting, - Tent Clearing With A Place For A Bonfire And An Integration Space, C) Development Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Information On Health And Safety, D) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities And List Of Materials. 4) Submitting An Application For A Building Permit And Obtaining Any Other Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law; 5) Performing Authors Supervision.
