The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialist And Therapeutic Services For Children With Disabilities Or At Risk Of Disability From Birth To The Start Of School Education. These Will Be Children Supported By The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center Established On The Basis Of The Mein /2022¬ / Dew/1114 Agreement Concluded On April 21, 2022 In Warsaw Between The State Treasury - Minister Of Education And Science And The Golubsko-Dobrzyński County. Sensory Integration Classes - 80 Hours. Therapists Tasks. Należeć Będzie:1. After Appointing Specialists To The Team, Based On The Diagnosis Of The Childs Functioning Included In The Opinion On The Need For Early Support For The Childs Development, Establishing The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Family Support. The Meetings Will Be Held At The Special Educational And Educational Center, Wielgie 80A, 87-645 Zbójno, From Monday To Friday After Agreeing The Date With The Program Coordinator. 2. Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Subject To Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Consistency Of Interactions,3. Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family;4. Assessing The Childs Progress And Difficulties In Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment That Hinder His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life;5. Analyzing The Effectiveness Of Assistance Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family;6. Introducing Changes To The Program According To The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family;7. Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support;
