A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex A To This Swz, Including The Architectural And Construction Design, Construction Permits And Conservation Permits, As Well As The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior) And The Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature, While The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation Together With Stwior.3. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions For The Implementation Of The Task Specified In Annex B To The Swz (Contained On Page 22 Of This Specification).
