The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Note: All Components Of The Design Documentation And Opz Constitute A Complete Set. When Preparing A Tender Offer And Implementing The Subject Of The Order, All Elements Of The Design Documentation, Opz And Comments From The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Should Be Considered Together. The Valuation Bases Provided In The Bills Of Quantities Are Not Binding On The Contractor. Note: Partial Offers. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For Both Parts Of The Order, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected In Its Entirety. 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer For Only One Part Of The Order.
