1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works On The Task Entitled: Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Of A Public Utility Building Belonging To Kp Psp Dzierżoniów, Carried Out Under Measure Fenx.01.01 Energy Efficiency Priority Fenx.01 Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Cohesion Fund Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program.1.2. The Construction Works Include Comprehensive Thermal Modernization And Modernization Of Technical Installations Of The Building Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Dzierżoniów. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility By Reducing Heat Losses, Reducing The Demand For Energy Necessary To Heat The Building, Increasing The Use Of Energy From Renewable Sources And Improving The Conditions Of Use And Aesthetics Of The Facility. The Material Scope Of The Project Was Determined On The Basis Of An Energy Audit, Construction Inventory And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building. As Part Of The Order, Construction Works Related To Improving The Thermal Parameters Of The Buildings External Walls Are Expected To Be Performed. The Scope Of Work Includes Damp-Proofing The Foundation Walls, Insulating The Foundation Walls, Insulating The External Walls Of The Building, Insulating The Ceiling Above The Garage And Insulating The Flat Roof. These Works Are Aimed At Reducing Heat Energy Losses And Improving The Energy Characteristics Of The Building. The Renovation Works Also Include Works Related To The Renovation And Protection Of Building Elements Exposed To Weather Conditions. They Include The Renovation Of Baskets Illuminating Basement Windows, Renovation Of External Stairs And Platforms, Renovation Of The Band Around The Building, Renovation Of Chimneys And Renovation Of Roofs Over The Entrances To The Building. The Scope Of Works Also Includes Replacing External Window And Door Joinery With New Ones With Parameters That Meet Current Energy Efficiency Requirements, Replacing External Window Sills, Sheet Metal Flashings And Elements Of The Roof Drainage System. The Project Will Also Include New Colors For The Facade In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Modernization Of Sanitary Installations. In Particular, It Is Planned To Build A New Central Heating Installation, Including Replacing Existing Radiators, Installation Cables, Regulating And Shut-Off Fittings, And Installing A Regulation And Measurement Unit. The Modernization Of The Installation Aims To Increase The Efficiency Of The Heating System And Adapt It To New Heat Sources. Additionally, The Installation Of Two Air-To-Water Heat Pumps Is Planned, Intended To Power The Central Heating Installation And Prepare Domestic Hot Water.
