The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Municipal Roads By Graveling Or Leveling The Surface With Crushed Stone In The Villages Of The Gzy Commune. The Task Is Financed From The Budget Of The Gza Commune, Including The Village Fund. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Acquisition Of Aggregate, Transport To Indicated Towns In The Commune, Re-Profiling Of The Subsoil, Unloading And Spreading In Order To Eliminate Potholes, Defects And Ruts. The Service Consists Of Partial Road Renovation And Concerns Ongoing Road Maintenance. Individual Types Of Aggregate Must Meet The Following Parameters: - Gravel (Gravel Mixtures) And Natural Crushed Stone Should Have A Grain Size/Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm And Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242:2004 Standard For Aggregate Intended For Foundation Layers. The Delivered Aggregate Should Have A Declaration Of Performance In Accordance With Applicable Standards. Aggregate Used For Road Renovation Must Have An Attestation, Certificate, Technical Approval Or Laboratory Tests Confirming That It Meets The Requirements Of Aggregate Suitable For Construction And Road Renovation. The Delivered Aggregate Must Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Within The Meaning Of Art. 105 Of The Public Procurement Law, Or A Declaration Of Performance In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 March 2011 Establishing Harmonized Conditions For The Placing On The Market Of Construction Products And Repealing Council Directive 89/106/Eec Confirming The Compliance Of The Material With The Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard Or Equivalent.
