I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Task Titled Renovation Of District Road No. 1430D On The Section From Milicz To Duchowo, Milicz Commune, Section Length 1,687 Km. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical/Design Documentation, Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Opz, Which Consists Of: Construction And Executive Design With Drawing Parts, Offer Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz. The Technical/Design Documentation Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constitutes An Integral Part Of This Swz And Should Be Read Carefully.1) The Price Of The Offer Should Include The Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Marking Project And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works.2) The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical/Design Documentation Attached To The Swz, Technical Specifications And Other Requirements Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To This Swz, I.E. In The Technical/Design Documentation (Opz).3) The Ordering Party Requires Submitting A Bid Cost Estimate To The Offer, On The Basis Of Which The Total Value Of The Task Will Be Estimated, Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. The Offer Cost Estimate Is To Reflect The Items From The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Integral Part Of The Technical/Design Documentation (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.4) The Basis For Payment Of The Remuneration Will Be An Invoice Issued By The Contractor After The Final Acceptance Of The Works, Payable By Bank Transfer To The Contractors Account Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice, And The Date Of Payment Will Be Deemed To Be The Day Of Debiting The Ordering Partys Account.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Granting An Advance Payment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.6) The Ordering Party Will Establish Investor Supervision For The Investment In Question.7) The Contractor Will Issue Invoices In Accordance With The Data: Purchaser: Milicki County, Ul. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative.3) The Contractor Will Specify Contact Telephone Numbers And Fax Numbers. And Other Arrangements Necessary For Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order.4) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of
