The Scope Of Works Includes: • Execution Of Mechanical Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Electrical Installations In Accordance With The Attached Project. • Replacing Radiators With Ochw • Carrying Out Renovation Works In The Rooms After The Works. • Carrying Out A Multisplit Air Conditioning Installation • Delivery And Installation Of Additional Equipment And Automation Elements For Controlling The Heating System - Energy Management System With Automatic Temperature Control And Energy Monitoring In Real Time, Controller With A Communication Module • Carrying Out All Tests, Measurements, Arrangements And Preparing All Documents Related To The Acceptance Of Works, Including As-Built Documentation, • Commissioning And Adjustment Of Receiving Installations, • Training Of Facility Employees In The Use Of Devices. • Replacement Of Windows And Doors In Accordance With The Attached Project. • Carrying Out Renovation Works In Accordance With The Ochw1 Drawing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Ensures Limiting The Negative Impact On The Natural Environment, In Particular Through Rational Management Of Materials And Energy, Limiting The Amount Of Waste And Using Solutions Consistent With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations.
