Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Roads With Hard Surface (Reconstruction Of The Road In Łęka)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Hard Surface Roads In The Stanisławów Commune. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procedure If The Financial Resources From The Tender Procedures Exceed The Financial Resources Available In The Commune Budget For 2026. The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of A 500 M Long Road In Łęka, Consisting Of The Construction Of A Mineral And Asphalt Surface Along With The Substructure And Roadsides. The Task Involves The Reconstruction Of The Road By Partial Demolition Of The Existing Surface Structure And Then Construction Of A New Structure With Roadsides. The Length Of The Section Is 500 M, The Width Of The Road Is 5.0 M And The Roadside Is 0.75 M. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Indicate The Place Of Export Of The Material Resulting From The Demolition Of The Road And Transport It To The Indicated Place. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party The Place Of Transport Of The Material. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage The Remaining Material On His Own And At His Own Expense. There Is A Water Supply Network On The Road. If, When Adjusting The Valves, The Contractor Finds That A Given Valve Is Damaged Or Is Not Suitable For Installation, It Will Be Obliged To Replace It With A New One. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract.
