The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Sanitary Facilities In The District School Complex No. 2 In Trzebnica, As Part Of The Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled Renovation Of Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms Along With Cloakrooms In The School Building Next To The Gymnasium Of The District School Complex No. 2. Piotr Włostowica At Ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 25 In Trzebnica, Consisting Of The Renovation Of Rooms And The Selection Of Permanent And Movable Equipment. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Rooms Located In The School Building: 1) Room. No. 1 – Vestibule 2) Room. No. 2 – Cloakroom 3) Room. No. 3 – Room Hygienic And Sanitary 4) Room. No. 4 – Toilet 5) Room. No. 5 – Vestibule 6) Room. No. 6 – Toilet 7) Room. No. 7 – Room Hygiene And Sanitary 8) Room. No. 8 - Cloakroom 3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Applicable Regulations, As Well As The Principles Of Professional Knowledge. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations, Environmental Protection Regulations And Waste Regulations, With The Principles Of Construction Art And Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Polish Standards, Using Materials That Meet The Requirements Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction In The Republic Of Poland, Specified In The Provisions Of Applicable Law. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, As Well As With The Best Knowledge And Experience Of The Contractor And With The Utmost Care.
