Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Used Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles For The Volunteer Fire Department Of The Roźwienica Commune - 2 Pieces

1) Part 1 - Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Used Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle. For Part 1 - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Indicates The Technical Parameters Of Vehicle No. 1. The Offered Vehicle Must Be Technically Efficient, Registered And Approved For Road Traffic In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law. On The Date Of Acceptance, The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Technical Inspection And Valid Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance. On The Day Of Acceptance, The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection On The Polish Market, Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection (Cnbop) Or Meet Equivalent Standards Of Approval For Commercial Vehicles In The Volunteer Fire Department Required By Polish Regulations. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Vehicle, With A Set Of Documents Necessary To Use The Vehicle And Its Registration, In Particular: A) Registration Certificate Vehicle;B) Document Confirming The Ownership Of The Vehicle (If Required For Registration);C) Vehicle Card - If Issued;D) Valid Document Confirming Periodic Technical Inspection;E) Document Confirming The Conclusion Of Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance, Valid At Least On The Date Of Collection Of The Vehicle;F) Service Booklet And Operational Documentation - If Available;G) Operating Manuals In Polish - If Available.
