The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Fuel Cards To Record Deliveries Under The Following Conditions: A) The Cards Will Be Issued Free Of Charge In The Quantity According To The List Provided By The Ordering Party, B) Only Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Purchased On The Card; C) The Card Will Be Assigned To A Specific Vehicle Or Equipment; D) The Card Will Record: - Date And Time Of The Transaction, - Type Of Fuel Purchased, - Quantity Of Fuel Purchased, - Address Of The Gas Station Or Its Number Where The Purchase Was Made, - Vehicle Odometer Reading At The Time Of Refueling. E) The Card Must Be Secured With An Access Code And Capable Of Being Blocked In The Event Of Theft Or An Unauthorized User, F) The Supplier Will Provide Access To A Website Enabling Viewing And Printing Reports On The Data Contained On The Cards.
