Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Procurement Of The City Bicycle Service For The Helsinki Region. The City Of Espoo, The City Of Vantaa And Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Hereafter Also Kloy) Have Agreed On Procurement Cooperation Regarding The Procurement Of City Bike Services, So-Called As A Procurement Ring (Later Also The Customer Or Customer Party). The Procurement Units Participating In The Procurement Have Agreed In Cooperation With The Helsinki Region Transport Municipal Corporation (Hsl) On Tendering For A Single And Unified City Bicycle Service For The Helsinki Region. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy Is Responsible For The Technical Implementation Of The Tender On Its Own Behalf And On Behalf Of All The Municipalities Mentioned In The Request For Participation. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A City Bike Service. In Addition To The Delivery Of City Bikes And Stations, The Procured Service Includes Their Maintenance And Upkeep, Moving Bikes From One Station To Another, Moving Bikes And Possibly Stations To Storage And Storage During The Months When The Bike System Is Not In Use, An It System̈ And Customer Service Throughout The Contract Period. The Documents Attached To The Request For Participation (Appendices 2 - 13) Are Drafts, And They Will Be Supplemented And Changed Based On The Further Preparation Of The Procurement And The Negotiations With The Bidders Selected For The Negotiation Procedure. The Final Tender Request And Procurement Documents Are Based On These Additions And Changes. The Documents And Preliminary Procurement Documents Attached To The Request For Participation Are Presented In The List Of Procurement Documents Attached To The Request For Participation.
