Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Handling and Shipping Building Sirte Oil Company Intends to Tender the Project, with the Contractor Obligated to Provide All Supervision Services, Labor, Equipment, Tools, Machinery, Supplies, and Materials (except as Specified in Clause 1.10, Which will be Provided by the Company), as Well as the Construction Facilities and Supplies Necessary for the Construction and Installation of the Work Described in the Scope of Work.
