Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked Original and one hard copy marked Copy of the bids. The tenders shall be valid for a period of 15 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs at the Reception Desk not later than July 20, 2026, at 02:00pm local time. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Head Office Board Room at 02:30pm.
