Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Essential Household Items The Request for Quotation (RFQ) and other documents which form the tender dossier can be obtained from the SSRC Logistics Office using flash disks. Please stamp the SSRC Request for Quotation and all other documents in the tender dossier and return it/them with your offer. None-compliance is a ground for disqualification. Please attach to your offer proof of your legal registration (Certificate of Registration from the Ministry of Justice, Membership with the Chamber of Commerce, Latest tax clearance certificate and Operations license. Any company which lacks any of the above certificates will be disqualified. Your offer being in USD must be submitted by latest Friday 10th/07/2026 by 2:00Pm sharp South Sudan Time. Your offer must remain valid for at least ninety (90) days. Delivery place is SSRC-HQ Juba (Indicate delivery date too) Indicate terms and form of payment.
