Request for proposals for Project Management and Procurement Systems Review and Modernization Roadmap ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: The objective of this assignment is to assess GGGIs project management and procurement systems, processes, and digital tools and to develop a costed, prioritized, and implementable roadmap for modernization, simplification, integration, automation, and digital transformation. The review shall identify opportunities to: Improve project management, delivery, oversight, and reporting. Streamline processes and reduce administrative burden and transaction costs. Strengthen risk management. Improve data quality, accessibility, and management reporting. Improve integration across project management, budget management and procurement platforms. Enhance user experience for staff, suppliers, and partners. Leverage digital technologies, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Assess current workforce capabilities and define future skills, competencies, and organizational requirements needed to support the modernized operating model. Ensure scalability, resilience, and readiness for future organizational growth.
