The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Management, Maintenance, Repairs, Inspection And Revision Of Childrens Playgrounds, Playgrounds - Playgrounds, Free Play Areas And Furniture In The Administrative Territory Of The City Of Neratovice. Specifically, These Are Services Consisting In The Provision Of Activities Related To The Management, Maintenance, Repairs, Inspections And Revisions Of 15 Childrens Playgrounds, 9 Playgrounds - Playgrounds And 11 Free Playgrounds. For The Purposes Of This Public Contract, Furniture Means Elements Located Not Only Within The Mentioned Playgrounds, Playgrounds - Playgrounds And Free Play Areas, But Also In Other Public Spaces In The Administrative Territory Of The City Of Neratovice, To The Extent Specified In The Relevant Annexes To The Procurement Documentation. The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Public Contract Is, Among Other Things, The Systematic And Periodic Care Of Childrens Playgrounds, Playgrounds - Playgrounds, Free Play Areas, Game And Sports Elements And Sandpits In Accordance With Decree No. 238/2011 Coll., On The Establishment Of Hygienic Requirements For Swimming Pools, Saunas And Hygienic Limits Of Sand In Sandpits Of Outdoor Playgrounds, As Amended, In Accordance With The Set Of Čsn En Standards 1176 And Čsn En 1177 And In Accordance With Act No. 258/2000 Coll., On The Protection Of Public Health And On The Amendment Of Some Related Laws, As Amended. An Overview Of Childrens Playgrounds, Playgrounds - Playgrounds, Free Play Areas And Furniture, Including A Description, List Of Play Elements And Photo Documentation, Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation. The Systematic And Periodic Care Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Consist, Among Other Things, Of Regular Preventive, Quarterly And Annual Service Checks Of Childrens Playgrounds, Playgrounds - Playgrounds, Free Play Areas And Furniture, Including Their Management, Control, Revision, Repairs And Maintenance In Accordance With The Conditions And Obligations Set Out In Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Service Provision Agreement (Hereinafter Also The Agreement). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined By This Procurement Documentation, The Draft Contract And Its Annexes So That Suppliers Can Prepare Mutually Comparable Offers. In The Case Of Activities Carried Out Continuously Or According To The Customers Needs, Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And The Contract, Their Valuation And Reporting Is Governed Exclusively By The Mechanism Set Out In The Contract And The Awarded Work Specification; The Contracting Authority Is Not Entitled To Demand Performance Outside This Framework Without Proceeding According To The Contract And Zzvz.
