Construction Work – Noka1 - Competition For An Interaction Contract For A New School, Sports And Culture Arena.. Karlsøy Municipality Is Developing The Project New Training And Cultural Arena In Karlsøy Municipality (Noka1), Which Includes The Establishment Of A New Purpose-Built Building At Hansnes. The Project Shall Facilitate A Modern School For The 1St - 10Th Years, Combined With Swimming Pools And A Multi-Purpose Hall For Sports And Cultural Purposes. The Project Shall Also Include Areas For Nurseries If This Is Adopted At A Later Date. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract With A Collaboration Contractor Who, In Close Cooperation With The Contracting Authority And Other Actors, Shall Develop And Execute The Noka 1 Project.
