Para. 1 Of The Zlphm/ And A Certificate For The Release Of Each Batch, Issued By A Qualified Person Under The Zlphm, Certifying That The Batch Of Medicinal Product Was Manufactured And Controlled In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Authorization For Use According To The Order Of The Zlphm. In Case Of Expiry Of The Authorization For The Use Of A Medicinal Product During The Relevant Year/Years For Which The Public Procurement Is Held, The Participant Declares, In Accordance With Art. 55, Para. 6 Of The Zlphm That The Quantities Of The Medicinal Product Are Available For The Duration Of The Contract Or Other Equivalent Standards, In The Applicable Case. To Be With An Approved Price, According To Art. 258, Para. 1 Of The Zlphm; The Packaging Of The Medicinal Products Must Comply With The Requirements Of Chapter Vi Packaging And Leaflets Of Medicinal Products Of The Medical Regulations.
