Disposable Non-Chemical Medical Consumables And Haematological Consumables – Provision Of Blood Collection And Analysis Kits. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Blood Collection And Analysis Kits To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (Os. Złota Jesieni 1, Kraków), In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To These Specifications. 2. The Validity Period/Warranty Period Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 3. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Staff At Its Registered Office (Os. Złota Jesieni 1, Kraków) Along With The First Delivery Of The Goods To The Hospital Pharmacy On The Date Agreed In Writing With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Attendance List From The Training Referred To In Section 3 With Signatures Of Trained Users Confirming Their Actual Presence To The Hospital Pharmacy, Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of The Training. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask Contractors, At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers, To Provide Samples Of The Offered Subject Matter Of The Contract In Order To Test Them And Check The Contractors Technical Or Professional Capacity To Perform The Order. The Costs Associated With This Are Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.
