Computer Storage Units – Purchase Of Scalable Nas Arrays With Manufacturer Support And Data Migration Service. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of 2 (Two) San/Nas Arrays, With Detailed Minimum Technical Parameters And Delivery Conditions Specified In Annex No. 1, Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment, 2) Providing The Ordering Party With A Package Of Maintenance Services Including The Delivered Equipment, With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In § 7 Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service, 3) Migration Of Data From The Matrix Owned By The Ordering Party Oracle Zfs To The Offered Solution, In Accordance With The Scope Of Migration And Detailed, Minimum Technical And Organizational Requirements Of The Data Migration Service, Specified In Annex 4 To The Agreement. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
