Construction Work – Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Works On Railway Lines No. 140 And 169 On The Orzesze Jaśkowice - Tychy Section Implemented Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment 2021-2027 Program. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Following Elements: Development Of Detailed Designs And Implementation Of Construction Works On Railway Lines No. 140 On The Section From Km 19.640 To Km 23.425; 169 On The Section From Km 0.572 To Km 17.484. The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements: 1) Design Documentation Necessary For The Proper Performance Of All Construction Works And Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals For Them, Conditions, Decisions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order; 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order On The Basis Of The Detailed Design Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Above-Mentioned. Point 1, And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Agreement And All Activities Required By Law; 3) Carrying Out A Conformity Assessment Of Each Structural Subsystem Covered By The Scope Of The Contract At Each Stage (Design, Construction And Final Tests Of The Subsystem) And Submitting The Appropriate Ec Declarations Of Verification And Ec Verification Certificates For The Subsystems; 4) Obtaining Permits For The Operation Of Subsystems. The Order Includes The Interface Option Right. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Volume Iii Of The Terms Of Reference.
