The Contracting Entity Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Products With The Object Materials Necessary To Carry Out The Activity Within S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. According To The Specifications Of The Specifications. Duration Of The Framework Agreement: 24 Months, With The Possibility Of Extending The Duration By Concluding An Additional Act, In Case The Funds Are Not Consumed. The Purchase Of The Products That Are The Subject Of This Sectoral Procurement Will Be Carried Out Within The Value Of The Framework Agreement, But Without The Contracting Entity Committing Itself To The Purchase Of The Entire Quantity. The Quantities Represent Estimates That Could Be Requested For The Duration Of The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter May Be Lower Or Equal, Or Higher Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Entity From The Moment Of Awarding The Subsequent Contracts (Orders). In Order To Initiate A Subsequent Contract (Order), The Beneficiary Entity Will Send By Email A Request That Will Include The List Of Necessary Products. Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours, The Contractor Will Send The Binding Offer To The Contracting Entity And Reserve The Offered Products In The Store/Warehouse. Based On The Offer Received From The Supplier, The Contracting Entity Will Send The Firm Order To The Contractor Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours, After Which The Products Can Be Picked Up/Delivered For The Contracting Entity. Subsequent Contracts Will Be In The Form Of Orders As Follows: - The Order Together With The Offer Sent By The Contractor Constitutes The Valid Subsequent Contract Concluded Between The Parties. Thus, The Supporting Documents Of The Subsequent Contract Will Be: A) The Order Sent By Email To The Contractor By The Persons Responsible For The Performance Of The Contract, From The Contracting Entity; B) The Offer Received By Email From The Contractor. The Parties Will Not Sign Any Other Document, But The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contract (Orders) Will Be Proven By The Two Previously Mentioned Documents. The Moment Of Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contract (Order) Is That Of The Transmission Of The Firm Order By The Buyer. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract (The Largest Order) That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 1,443,848 Lei. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Specifications.
