Refuse Collection Services – Delegation By Concession Of The Management Of The Sanitation Service - The Activity Of Operating Collection Centers By Voluntary Contribution Of Waste From Natural Persons In The Municipality Of Arad. Each Voluntary Intake Center Is Designed With Concrete Platforms, Fencing, Administrative Cabins, Car Scales, Monitoring Systems And Specific Equipment: Large Containers For Bulky Waste, Containers Dedicated To Recyclable Flows, Specially Arranged Spaces For Hazardous Waste From Households, Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Batteries And Used Oils. At The Same Time, The Project Foresees The Implementation Of An Integrated It System For Waste Traceability, As Well As Information And Awareness Activities For The Population. The Centers Will Ensure The Separate Collection Of The Following Types Of Waste: A) Recyclable Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste, B) Bulky Waste (Furniture, Mattresses), C) Textile Waste, Used Tires, Used Vegetable Oils, D) Electrical And Electronic Equipment Waste, Batteries And Accumulators, E) Hazardous Waste From Households, F) Construction And Demolition Waste, G) Other Types Of Waste Established By Local Public Administration Authorities. In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of The Sanitation Service Which Is Part Of The Community Services Of Public Utilities, Respectively The Activity Carried Out In The Collection Centers By Voluntary Contribution (Cav), The Fulfillment Of The Following Objectives Is Aimed At: A) Ensuring The Protection Of The Environment Through The Separate And Appropriate Collection Of The Different Types Of Waste Brought By Citizens, Reducing The Amount Of Waste Disposed Of Through Improper Storage And Preventing The Pollution Of The Urban Environment; B) Increasing The Degree Of Valorization And Recycling Of Collected Waste, In Accordance With National And European Objectives Regarding The Circular Economy And Reducing The Amount Of Municipal Waste; C) Compliance With Legal Requirements And Waste Management Rules Imposed By Environmental Protection Legislation; D) Increasing The Degree Of Accountability And Comfort For Citizens, Providing An Adequate And Accessible Space For The Voluntary Delivery Of Waste That Cannot Be Collected In The Usual System (For Example: Bulky Waste, Weee, Textiles, Construction And Demolition Waste, Etc.). The Provision Of Quality Services At Voluntary Collection Centers Contributes To The Sustainable Development Of The Community, The Reduction Of Pollution And The Protection Of Public Health, While Ensuring Responsible Waste Management. The Operator Will Ensure: A) Compliance With The Legislation, Rules, Prescriptions And Regulations Regarding Safety And Health At Work, Emergency Situations, Water Management, Environmental Protection, Monitoring The Behavior Of Constructions Over Time, As Well As Compliance With All His Obligations According To The Law, The Service Regulations And Which He Assumed Through The Management Delegation Contract; B) Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of Installations And Machinery With Authorized Personnel, Depending On The Complexity
