Ylläsjärven Kyläyhdistys Ry Acquires A Design Work As An Expert Service, The Purpose Of Which Is To Reduce The Humus And Nutrient Load That Travels From Ylläslompolo Along Ruonanoja To Ylläsjärvi. The Project Is An Information Dissemination Project Funded By The Eu Rural Development Fund (Eafrd) (Project Number 368659), Measure: Environmental And Climate Surveys And Plans. The Project Must Be Implemented By Spring 2027. The Procurement Will Produce A Feasible Action Plan For The Later Investment Project And Possible Permit Processes. The Design Work Includes The Following Entities: - Gathering Initial Data And Narrowing Down The Problem; - Field Work And Defining Measurement Needs During Thawed Ground; - Formation And Comparison Of Alternatives For Water Management And Wetland, Filtration And Delay Solutions; - Impact Assessment And Risk Management At Plan Level; - Identification Of Permit Needs And Additional Clarification Needs From The Perspective Of The Water Act; - Planning Materials With Cost Estimates And Implementation Phases.
