City Of Prince George (The “City”) Invites Bids From Qualified And Experience Contractors To Complete The Work To Add Two (2) Heat Recovery Units, Two (2) Heat Pumps, And All Affiliated Work To Complete The Installation And Return The Facility To Pre-Construction State As Per This Invitation To Tender (Itt).The City Will Purchase The Heat Recovery Units To Be Installed By The Contractor.The Timeline For This Project Is Very Tight And The City Would Like For The Work To Be Completed During The Pool Shutdown Currently Scheduled For August 17, To September 6, 2026. Given The Lead Time Of The Equipment, The City Expects The Phased Work To Be Completed During This Indicated Timeframe And May Allow For The Installation Of The Equipment To Be Completed At Another Time.This Solicitation May Lead To Sequential Or Concurrent Negotiations With One Or More Bidders Offering The Lowest Bid(S), Or To The Creation Of A Contract Without Negotiations.
