The Consumables And The Requested Standard Range Include A Wide Range Of Products, Therefore The Tender Form Is Divided Into Two Lists To Simplify The Preparatory Work, The Price Evaluation And The Subsequent Contract Administration: List 1: Sheet 1: Office Supplies, School Supplies And Labels (Including Special Labels For The Health And Welfare Service). List 2: Sheet 2: Paper, Plastic And Cleaning Products (Including Paper Towels, Plastic Bags, Cleaning Chemicals As Well As Operation/Maintenance Of Automatic Dosing Systems). To Qualify For Evaluation, The Tenderer Must Provide An Offer For The Entire Breadth Of The Procurement And Fill In Prices For Both Lists, And Hourly Price In Box D3 In Sheet 3. Absolute Requirements And Award Criteria Must Also Be Answered In Appendix 1 Requirements Specification And Award Criteria. There Will Be No Occasion To Make Partial Offers On Just One Of The Lists.
