Rfp Fwg Ltc Replacement - Moving Services . The Fwg Ltc Home In Cranbrook, British Columbia (B.C.) Has 60 Long-Term Residents. The Scope Of This Project Is The Replacement And Expansion Of Fwg On The Existing Campus, Using Land Currently Dedicated To Staff Parking And The Building’S Emergency Generator. Phase 1 Will Be The Construction To Replace The Existing Home, Including 60 Single-Occupant Resident Rooms And All Ltc Support Services. Phase 2 Will Be Demolition Of The Vacated Home And Then Construction Of An Interconnected Addition With 87 Single-Occupant Resident Rooms, Adult Day Services Space, And A New Childcare Space. The Moving Services Are Expected To Commence By April 2027 With Construction Estimated To Complete By March 2028 And Go Live Date Is June 2028.
