The Purpose Of These Technical Bases Is To Regulate The Contracting Of The Rental Service Of A Passenger Van Type Van With Driver, With A Minimum Capacity Of 8 Passengers, Intended To Support The Care Activities Developed By The Universal Palliative Care Team Of The Queilen Community Hospital. The Service Will Include The Provision Of A Van Or Passenger Van Type Vehicle, Along With A Driver Authorized To Drive It, Who Must Carry Out The Tasks Of Transporting: Patients, Officials, And Clinical Equipment. The Contract Will Be Valid From The Date Of Notification Of The Award And/Or Validation Of The Start Of Functions Until December 31, 2026, Being Financed By The Universal Palliative Care Program Of The Queilen Community Hospital. The Purpose Of These Technical Bases Is To Make Known The Minimum Conditions Of The Acquisition, So Non-Compliance With These Entitles The Hospital Not To Evaluate The Offer. The Price Offered Must Include All The Costs Of The Services To Be Acquired And That The Offeror Must Incur, In Accordance With What Is Defined In These Bases.
