That, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 18,695, Constitutional Organic Law Of Municipalities, It Is The Primary Function Of The Municipality Of Curacautín To Satisfy The Needs Of The Local Community And Ensure Its Participation In The Economic, Social And Cultural Progress Of The Commune, Directing Its Work, Among Other Essential Matters, To The Promotion Of Community Development, Social Assistance And Comprehensive Care For Its Inhabitants. That, In Fulfilling These Functions Of Social Assistance And Promotion, The Municipality Manages The Comprehensive Center For The Elderly Ciam, As Well As Various Programs And Projects Aimed At The Community, In Which It Is Imperative To Guarantee The Uninterrupted Continuity Of Food Assistance For Its Users, Being Essential To Ensure The Daily Supply Of Fresh And Quality Products. That, To Satisfy This Imperative Need, The Municipality Of Curacautín Requires Having A Supply Contract For The Acquisition Of Bakery, Pastry, Rotisserie, Snacks, Disposable Items And Other Similar Inputs.
