On The Other Hand, This Document Describes And Establishes The Means And Tasks Necessary To Ensure That The Contracted Services Are Provided With The Greatest Effectiveness And Efficiency, In Order To Maintain The Facilities And Equipment In The Best Conditions Of Safety And Compliance With Current Regulations, During The Term Of The Contract. The Equipment And Facilities Subject To This Contract, As Well As The Base Centers Of The Ministry Of Family, Youth And Social Affairs In Which They Are Located, Are Reflected In The Technical Prescription Document.
