Child Daycare Services – Public Service Delegation For The Management And Operation Of The Relais Petite Enfance Gâtine-Racan And The Young Child Care Establishments (Semblançay, Pernay, Saint-Paterne-Racan And Beaumont-Louestault Sites). The Purpose Of This Public Service Delegation (Dsp) Procedure Is To Entrust To A Delegatee The Management And Operation Of The Rpe Of The Semblançay And Saint-Paterne-Racan Sites As Well As The Eaje Of Semblançay, Pernay, Saint-Paterne-Racan And Beaumont-Louestault. Taking Into Account All The Equipment Of The Aforementioned Sites, The Delegatee Will Aim To Ensure The Continuity Of The Public Service By Offering A Service To Each Family Looking For A Mode Of Care And To Offer Them A Response In Particular: - In Terms Of Collective And/Or Individual Reception Mode; - Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Certain Audiences Such As Children With Disabilities. The Delegatee Will Be Authorized To Collect And Retain All Operating Revenues Which He Will Exploit At His Own Risk. All Details Will Be Provided In The Draft Contract As Well As In Its Annexes.
