In The Years 2027 - 2030, - Daily Determination Of Interest On The Funds Accumulated On The Bank Accounts Of The District And Its Organizational Units, Monthly Calculation And Adding Interest On The Accumulated Funds To The Appropriate Bank Account, - Operating (During The Period Of Contract Execution) A Branch/Outpost Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Tarnowskie Góry Commune, In Order To Ensure The Performance Of Activities Related To Banking Services For The Tarnowskie Góry County, Including The Processing Of Deposits And Withdrawals From The Ordering Partys Customers, Unless The Possibility Of Making Payments And Withdrawals From The Ordering Partys Customers On Business Days From At Least 9:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. Is Fulfilled By Other External Entity(Ies) Located In The Tarnowskie Góry Commune, Proposed By The Bank, - Granting A Loan In The Countys Current Account At The Ordering Partys Request, Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Important For The Account Holder, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of The Concluded Contract (Appendix No. 3). 2. The Contractor Who Submits The Most Advantageous Offer Will Be Obliged To Contact Directly And Sign An Agreement To Provide Banking Services Individually With Each Organizational Unit Of The Tarnowskie Góry District Under The Conditions Specified In The Swz And The Submitted Offer. The Contractor Will Conclude Separate Agreements With The Entities Listed In Annex No. 2 On The Terms And Conditions Taking Into Account The Provisions Contained In The Swz, With The Exception Of The Current Account Loan.
