The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Framework Arrangement Through Which Study Places Are Acquired For The Executive Mba (Emba) Training Program With An Emphasis On General Management, Which Supports The Wide-Ranging, High-Level And Practical Management Skills Development Of The Citys Management In Accordance With The Citys Strategic Priorities And Goals. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected As The Executor. The City Strategy Is Attached To The Tender Request. Through The Framework Arrangement, The Customer Acquires Individual Study Places For A Small Group In The Suppliers Existing Training Program. The Estimated Annual Number Of Starting Students Is 1-10 People. The Aim Of The Emba Training Is To Strengthen • The Realization Of The Goals Of The City Strategy And Key Priority Areas • The Participants Comprehensive, Strategy-Oriented Management Of Business/Service Activities, The Management Of The Economy And People And The Utilization Of New Technologies, Taking Into Account • The Promotion Of Strategic, Critical And Innovative Thinking In A Constantly Changing, Complex, Internationalizing And Networking Operating Environment • The Renewal Of Management And Operating Culture • The Participants Leadership And Growth As A Manager The Scope Of The Training Program Is Defined As Credits, At Least 80 Credits. The Planned Duration Of The Training Is About Two Years. A Maximum Of Four (4) Participation Groups Will Be Implemented, The First Group Is Supposed To Start Their Studies At The Turn Of The Year 2026-2027 And Finish Them At The Turn Of The Year 2028-2029. The Following Groups Are Supposed To Start Once A Year, According To The Agreement. A Framework Arrangement Is Made For Procurement With One Supplier. The Maximum Value Of The Acquisition Excluding Vat Is €1,600,000. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Any Of The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tenders.
