The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution And Procurement Of All Works Necessary For The Construction, Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Building Zš J. Vodňanského - Building, Which Is The Result Of Construction And Assembly Work And Related Design And Engineering Activities Creating A Unified Whole That Is Sufficient In Itself To Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function, To The Extent Specified In The Tender Documentation Including Annexes. The Subject Of The Work Is Not Only The New Construction Of An Elementary School In Prague 7, But Also The Modification Of The Surrounding Areas. The Work Will Be Implemented Within The Scope Of The Project Documentation Of The New School Building, Which Is Annex No. 6.A And 6.B Of This Zd And In Accordance With: - Decision Of The Building Office Of The Prague 7 Municipal District Office Dated 12/30/2024, File No. Mč P7 216725/2024/Su/Vm, The Subject Of Which Is The Approval Of The Building Plan Of The Above-Mentioned Building And The Authorization Of An Exception For This Building; - By Decision Of The City Hall Of The City Of Prague, Department Of The Building Office Of 18 September 2025, File No. Mhmp 957115/2025, The Subject Of Which Is The Joint Permit For The Above-Mentioned Construction Plan, The Permit For An Exception From The Requirements Of Decree No. 389/2009 Coll., And The Permit For The Felling Of Trees With The Obligation Of Replacement Planting, (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Decision) And All Binding Opinions For The Issuance Of A Decision On The Construction Plan Permit And Construction Implementation.
