The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Provide The Following Services: The Implementation Of The System Necessary For The Payment Of The Personalized Home Autonomy Allowance (Apa) And The Disability Compensation Benefit (Pch) For Beneficiaries, On Behalf Of The Department Of Gironde, In The Form Of A Pre-Financed Universal Services Employment Check (Cesu). The Department Of Gironde Mandates The Holder To Pay, In Its Name And On Its Behalf, To The Beneficiaries, Which It Has Previously Determined, Social Benefits In Kind By Means Of Pre-Financed Universal Service Employment Checks, In Accordance With Articles D.1271-1 To D.1271-32 Of The Labor Code Adopted For The Application Of Articles L.1271-9 To L.1271-11 And L.7231-2, L.7232-5, L.7232-7, L.1271-17, L.7233-9 Of The Same Code Setting The Conditions For Authorization Of Issuers Of Universal Service Employment Checks Having The Nature Of A Special Payment Voucher. In This Framework Agreement, The Compulsory Social Benefits Referred To In The Preceding Paragraph Are The Personalized Autonomy Allowance (Apa) And The Disability Compensation Benefit (Pch)
