The Existing Academy Of Arts Building At Pariser Platz 4 In Berlin Was Built At The Historic Location From 1997 To 2005 As A Result Of German Reunification, With A Front Building Facing Pariser Platz, A Central Area Including Historical Halls And A Rear Building On Behrenstrasse. The Entire Construction Was A Technical Novelty At The Time Of Construction And Pushed The Limits Of What Was Technically Possible. As A Result, Significant Structural Problems Have Now Arisen.
