Diesel Fuel – Supply Of Marine Gas Oil. Tender For The Purchase And Delivery Of Marine Gas Oil To Ærø, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Frederikssund, Kalundborg And Slagelse Municipalities. The Tender Concerns The Delivery Of A Minimum Annual Expected 5,020 M3 Marine Gas Oil And Up To A Maximum Of 6,020 M3 Marine Gas Oil To Ærø, Slagelse, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Frederikssund And Kalundborg Municipalities, Cf. The Current Sailing Plans For The Municipalities At Any Time And Delivery Specifications In The Requirements Specification. The Tendered Agreement Is A Framework Agreement In Accordance With The Rules In The Public Procurement Act. As A Rule, The Framework Agreement Does Not Entail An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase A Specific Quantity Of The Products Covered By The Agreement. The Expected Turnover On The Framework Agreement Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activities/Consumption And Expected Activity/Consumption Changes With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Revenue Is Thus Not Binding On The Client. The Same Applies To Quantities Specified In The Offer List. The Ordering Party Can State That The Purchases Are Made Against The Background Of Infrastructural, Municipal Policy Decisions On Sailing To Smaller Danish Islands. Overall, There May Therefore Be Changes In The Quantities Offered, If Changes To Routes, Closure Of Routes And/Or Changes To Ferry Types Are Decided From A Political Point Of View, Just As Breakdowns Or Decided Special Voyages May Have An Impact On The Quantities Delivered. The Tendered Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 2 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Twice For 12 Months. The Estimated Quantity For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Extensions, Is 20,080 M3 Marine Gas Oil, And The Maximum Quantity Is 24,080 M3 Marine Gas Oil.
