The Assignment Includes Both Planned Maintenance Work (Preventative) And Any Interventions And Repairs In The Event Of Defects Or Breakdowns (Corrective). The Supply And Installation Of New Installations To Replace Existing Installations, If Necessary, Is Also Part Of This Assignment. Replacements Always Take Place With The Express Permission Of The Board. The Supply And Installation Of New Installations In The Context Of Major Renovation Projects Or New Construction Projects Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Agreement. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Maintaining And Arranging Every Electrical Panel Linked To An Hvac Installation. In Concrete Terms, This Includes Eliminating Violations Of The Inspection Report. These Reports Can Be Consulted At The Building Management Department. A Thermography Report Is Also Delivered Annually Per Board. The Initial Term Of The Assignment Is 12 Months And Can Be Tacitly Extended Up To Three Times For A Period Of 12 Months Each.
