Refuse And Waste Related Services – Waste Collection, Transport And Management Service With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast). 1) Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast: Waste Parameters: A) Fraction Above 80 Mm, B) Fuel Mass 2000 Mg. 2) The Estimated Amount Of Waste Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast, Which Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Agreement Will Not Exceed 2,000 Mg, But Will Not Be Lower Than 1,200 Mg. 3) The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Cannot Make Any Claims For Reducing The Amount Of Waste Collected. 5) The Method Of Waste Management With Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended; Hereinafter Referred To As The Waste Act) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis. 6) The Waste Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party For Collection In Bulk Or Baled (Tied With Wire), Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And After Consultation With The Contractor. 7) Waste Will Be Managed At The Contractors Installation, For Which The Contractor Has An Appropriate Decision Authorizing The Conduct Of Activities In The Field Of Waste Processing With Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast (This Decision Is An Annex To The Agreement) Or At The Installation Of An Entity With Which The Contractor Has A Signed Contract For Waste Management With Such A Code And Which Entity Has An Appropriate Decision For The Installation (This Decision Is An Annex To The Agreement). 8) Loading Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Post-Municipal Ballast And Its Cost Is Borne By The Ordering Party.
